Kobbari undalu with jaggery

 Ingredients 

  • Grated coconut                 3 cups
  • Jaggery                             1 cup
  • Ghee                                 2 tbs
 Procedure
  1. Heat  thick bottom cooking vessel.
  2. Add grated coconut,  jaggery and half cup of  water, mix well.
  3. Mix continuously and cook till the water in the mixture evaporates. 
  4. Switch off the stove and allow to cool. 
  5. Make equal proportional small balls with Ghee applied hand.
