Ingredients
- Green gram dal 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder 1 pinch
For seasonings
- Mustard seeds 1/ 4 tsp
- Urad Dal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram Dal 1 tsp
- Red chili
- Green chili 3 no.s
- Curry leaves
- Oil 3tsp
- Garlic cloves 3
- Ginger crushed small piece
Procedure
- Take green gram dal, salt, turmeric powder and two cups of water in a pressure cooker.
- Cook dal for 1 whistle.
- Heat oil in a pan and seasoning with above ingredients.
- Add cooked dal, mix well and cook for five minutes on low flame.
- Serve with rice or roti.
