Ingredients:
- Raddish 2
- Lemon Juice 1 Big size
- Green chilliles 5 or 6 cut into vertically
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder 1 pinch
Procedure:
- Wash and peel raddish and cut into thin pieces. Take into a dry dish.
- Add lemon juice, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
- Keep it for one day.
- Now the temporary raddish pickle is ready to eat.
- Serve with rice or roti.
