Heat oil in a pan, saute cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, fry for two minutes, add bengal gram dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, green chili and curry leaves and saute for few minutes.
Add grated coconut and mix well, saute coconut for a while. Add this to the cooked rice.
