Ingredients
- Potatoes 2
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Seasoning:
- Red chili 1
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies 2
- Curry leaves
- Oil 1 tsp
Procedure
- Take curd in a bowl.
- Cook potatoes in a cooker. Remove from cooker, peel and mesh the potatoes. Add it to the curd.
- Heat oil in a small pan and seasoning with red chili, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili and curry leave.
- Add the seasoning and salt to the potatoe and curd mix. Mix well.
- Serve with roti or rice.
