Ingredients
- Rice flour 1cup
- Maida 2cups
- Cumin seeds or til seeds 3tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Procedure
- Take rice flour,maida,2spoons heated oil,til seeds and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add sufficient water to make a soft dough(like puri dough), roll into small balls then roll these out to thick circles
- Heat the oil and fry until browned.
