Ingredients:
Procedure:
- Pesarapindi {fine flour of rice: 2 measures, and Pesalu (green gram): added 1 measure}: 2 cups
- Til seeds : 4 spoons
- Chilli powder : 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Procedure:
- Mix Pesarapindi, chilli powder, salt and til seeds in a bowl with water and make the dough like Puri dough.
- Make small balls of the dough
- Take a Polythene cover and rub oil over the surface.
- Press each ball with hand over the oily polythene surface of thickness double to that of puris.
- Heat Oil in a pan and deep fry the pressed dough until both the sides becomes golden brown.
