- Sago (saggu biyyam) 1\2 cup
- Maida 1 cup
- Idli suji 1\2 cup
- Arow root powder 1\2 cup
- Curd (sour) 1 cup
- Onion 1 (finely choppped)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
- Green chilli paste 1\2 spoon
Procedure
- Soak sago 1 hour before in curd.Mix all ingredients in a vessel.Add soaked sago also.
- Add sufficient water to the mixture to make medium thick paste.
- Heat oil in deep flat pan.
- Take a tsp of paste and drop it in the hot oil.
- Fry until till they turn into golden brown
- Drain on paper towels and serve with tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
